1. Scope, contractual arrangements and contact information
These General Terms and Conditions of Service (the “GTC”) govern access to and use of the paid services offered by MSELUAD VENTURES LTD (the “Company”) via the zalinio.com website (the “Site”), as well as the subscription and execution of any personal subscription (the “Subscription”).
The rules applicable to the use of the Site and free features are set out in the General Terms of Use . Sales of physical products are governed by the General Terms and Conditions of Sale .

Evolution of CGS
The Company may amend these General Terms and Conditions. Any changes will be notified to the Subscriber one (1) month before they come into effect.
A Subscriber who does not accept the new version may terminate their Subscription within one (1) month of notification, in accordance with the terms and conditions set forth herein.
2. Operational definitions
For the purposes of these General Terms and Conditions, the terms below have the following meanings:

Subscriber : a natural person aged at least 18 years subscribing to a Subscription on a personal basis.

Subscription : contract entitling the holder to receive monthly digital content and access to Specific Services , under the conditions provided.

Account : the Subscriber's personal space, accessible via username and password, essential for accessing Specific Services.

Personal Data : information relating to the Subscriber processed by the Company in accordance with the privacy policies.

Specific Services : benefits and features reserved for Subscribers, accessible from the Account (see article 3).

Website : online platform accessible at zalinio.com.

3. Description of the Subscription and Specific Services
During the Subscription validity period, the Subscriber benefits from unlimited access to Specific Services, subject to:

from the creation of an Account,
-
and payment of the applicable price.
Specific Services are accessible only through the Subscriber's Account. These include, in particular:
-
access to an enriched and regularly updated catalogue of digital content ;
-
exclusive member benefits include 50% discounts on products, unlimited free delivery and an additional 1 year warranty on products.
Details of Specific Services and applicable benefits can be found in the Subscriber's personal area.
4. Subscription conditions and contract formation
4.1 Account Creation and Uniqueness
Subscription requires the creation of an Account using accurate and up-to-date information.
Strictly one (1) Account per person is permitted.
4.2 Subscription Process
Subscription is done via the Account by following the usual ordering steps, including:

express acceptance of the General Terms and Conditions (checkbox),
-
Payment by bank card.
The contract is deemed concluded and the Subscription activated upon confirmation of the transaction.
4.3 Confirmation
A subscription confirmation is sent to the Subscriber by email .
5. Duration – Renewal – Termination by the Subscriber
5.1 Subscription Period
The Subscription is concluded for a period of thirty (30) days and is automatically renewed each month .
5.2 Termination (monthly payment due date)
To terminate the Subscription for the current month, the cancellation request must reach the Company no later than the 15th of the month .

6. Suspension / Early Termination and Account Deactivation
The Company reserves the right to suspend access to Specific Services, deactivate the Account and/or terminate the Subscription without notice or compensation , particularly in the event of:

of failure to comply with the CGS;

incident or default of payment;
-
of attempted fraud or manifestly abusive behavior.
7. Financial Terms – Payment – Price Revision
7.1 Price
The Subscription price is displayed on the Site and is set at €37.50 including VAT .
Payment is due exclusively by bank card .
7.2 Trial Period
Following a five (5) day trial period, the Subscription fee is debited monthly .
The Subscriber is debited each month according to the amount in effect at the time of subscription (subject to any tariff changes notified in the manner described below).
7.3 Price change
The Company may adjust the Subscription price. Any price change will be notified two (2) months before it takes effect.
8. Provision of Specific Services
Subject to full payment, Specific Services are immediately accessible from the Subscriber's Account.
9. Right of withdrawal (digital services)
In accordance with applicable consumer rules, the Subscriber generally has a period of fourteen (14) days to withdraw.
However, when the performance of the service has begun with the prior agreement of the Subscriber, the right of withdrawal may not apply.

10. Personal Data – GDPR Requirements
Data processing related to the subscription and execution of the Subscription (creation and management of the Account, payment, access management, support, fraud prevention) is carried out in accordance with the GDPR and the Company's privacy policies.
In this respect, the Company applies, in particular, the following principles:

minimization (collection strictly necessary),

security (appropriate technical and organizational measures),

confidentiality and access control
-
transparency regarding the purposes.
The Subscriber may exercise the rights provided for by the GDPR (access, rectification, erasure, limitation, portability, objection where applicable) according to the terms indicated in the privacy policies.

12. General Provisions
12.1 Evidence and communications
Unless otherwise specified, all communication and notifications will primarily take place via email . Information communicated by email will be considered valid.
12.2 Partial Nullity
If any provision of the General Terms and Conditions should be declared inapplicable or void, the other provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
13. Applicable Law and Dispute Resolution
The CGS are governed by French law .
In the event of a dispute, the parties will attempt to resolve it amicably before initiating any legal proceedings. If no agreement can be reached, the Subscriber may resort to mediation or bring the matter before the competent courts.
APPENDIX 1 — REMINDER OF THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL
The Subscriber may, under the conditions set out in Article 9, exercise their right of withdrawal within fourteen (14) days of subscribing, by sending their request:
