ARTICLE 1 – IDENTIFICATION OF THE SELLER AND SUBJECT MATTER

These General Terms and Conditions of Sale (hereinafter the "Conditions") govern all sales of tangible goods made via the zalinio.com website.

Sales are exclusively concluded with individual consumers located in:

  • France (Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco)

  • Belgium

  • Swiss

  • Luxembourg

  • United Kingdom

ARTICLE 2 – SCOPE AND ACCEPTANCE

Any order validated on the Site implies the Client's full and complete acceptance of these Conditions.

The Customer acknowledges having read the Conditions prior to the final confirmation of their order.

No contrary stipulation shall prevail unless expressly accepted in writing by the Seller.


ARTICLE 3 – PRODUCT CHARACTERISTICS

The products offered are exclusively physical goods available for sale online.

Each product is subject to:

  • a detailed description;

  • essential technical characteristics;

  • with a clear price indication.

The visuals and descriptions are provided for informational purposes only and may show minor variations that do not affect the substantial qualities of the product.

Availability

Offers are valid while stocks last.
In the event of unavailability after the order has been placed, the Customer will be informed as soon as possible and will be able to:

  • obtain order cancellation;

  • or request a modification if an alternative is proposed.


ARTICLE 4 – CONTRACTUAL PROCESS AND CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

4.1 Contract Formation

The order is placed according to the following process:

  1. Product selection;

  2. Add to cart;

  3. Consultation of the detailed summary (products, prices, fees);

  4. Final validation.

The order confirmation formalizes the conclusion of the sales contract.

4.2 Automatic creation of an account

A customer account is generated upon the first order.
The data required for its creation is processed in accordance with current data protection regulations (GDPR).


ARTICLE 5 – PRICE AND PAYMENT TERMS

5.1 Payment methods

Payment for purchases is made exclusively online via:

  • bank card (Visa, MasterCard)

  • or any other method offered during payment.

5.2 Exemption

The charge is processed immediately upon order confirmation.

The Client guarantees:

  • be authorized to use the chosen payment method;

  • to have the necessary funds.

5.3 Securing transactions

Payments are processed via a secure system using encryption protocols that comply with current standards.

The Company does not store complete banking data.


ARTICLE 6 – DELIVERY

6.1 Geographical area

Deliveries are made exclusively to:

  • France (Metropolitan France, Corsica and Monaco)

  • Belgium

  • Swiss

  • Luxembourg

  • United Kingdom

6.2 Deadlines

The estimated delivery time is between four (4) and seven (7) working days from the order confirmation, unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase.

6.3 Price

Delivery is charged for all orders. The price is €7.40 per order.

Customers subscribed to the "Gift Box" benefit from unlimited free delivery on all orders.

6.4 Delivery address

The products are shipped to the address provided by the Customer.

Any data entry error is the sole responsibility of the Client.


ARTICLE 7 – RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL

7.1 Principle

In accordance with applicable European legislation, the Customer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the product to exercise his/her right of withdrawal, without justification or penalty.

7.2 Exercise

The withdrawal must be notified:

  • by email;

  • or via the dedicated form accessible on the Site.

An acknowledgement of receipt will be sent without delay.

7.3 Product Returns

The products must be returned:

  • in their original state;

  • complete;

  • not used;

  • within fourteen (14) days of notification.

Return shipping costs remain the responsibility of the Customer, except in the case of an error attributable to the Seller or a defective product, in which case the return shipping is covered by the Company.

7.4 Reimbursement

The refund will be issued within a maximum period of fourteen (14) days from:

  • either from the actual receipt of the returned product;

  • or the transmission of proof of shipment.

It includes the initial delivery charges.


ARTICLE 8 – RETURNS EXCEPT THROUGH THE RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL AND EXCHANGES

In the event of a defective product or delivery error, a return may be requested within thirty (30) days of receipt.

The following are not eligible for return:

  • products damaged due to the Customer's actions;

  • personalized products;

  • except in the case of a hidden defect.

ARTICLE 9 – LEGAL GUARANTEES

9.1 Legal guarantee of conformity

In accordance with Articles L.217-4 to L.217-14 of the Consumer Code, the Customer benefits from a two (2) year guarantee of conformity from the date of delivery of the goods.

In case of a defect, he may demand repair or replacement, subject to legal conditions.

9.2 Warranty against hidden defects

Pursuant to Articles 1641 to 1649 of the Civil Code, the Client has a period of two (2) years from the discovery of the defect to take action.

He can request:

  • the cancellation of the sale;

  • or a price reduction.

9.3 Commercial warranty (if applicable)

An additional contractual guarantee may be offered to Site members.
Its specific terms and conditions are detailed in the General Terms of Service.

It does not cover damages resulting from:

  • from misuse;

  • of an accident;

  • of negligence.

ARTICLE 11 – PERSONAL DATA (GDPR COMPLIANCE)

The data collected during sales is processed:

  • for the execution of the contract;

  • for payment management;

  • to comply with legal accounting obligations;

  • for fraud prevention.

These processing operations are carried out in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679.

The Client has, in particular, the following rights:

  • access ;

  • correction ;

  • erasure;

  • limitation;

  • portability;

  • opposition where applicable.

ARTICLE 12 – COMPLAINTS, MEDIATION AND JURISDICTION

12.1 Prior Complaint

12.2 Mediation

In accordance with Articles L.612-1 et seq. of the Consumer Code, if the matter is not resolved within two (2) months, the Customer may contact a consumer mediator free of charge.

12.3 Jurisdictional Competence

In the absence of an amicable settlement, the British courts will have sole jurisdiction.


ARTICLE 13 – APPLICABLE LAW

These Terms and Conditions are governed by British law.
