Refund policy

(Institutional version – Compliance with European law & GDPR)

1. Purpose and scope

This policy sets out the conditions under which a customer may request the cancellation, return, exchange or refund of a product purchased from MSELUAD VENTURES LTD (hereinafter the “Company”).

It applies to all orders delivered within the European Union and is interpreted in accordance with:

  • to European provisions relating to consumer protection,

  • to the rules relating to legal guarantees,

  • and Regulation (EU) 2016/679 (GDPR) regarding the processing of personal data associated with return requests.


2. Right of withdrawal – Statutory period of 14 days

In accordance with current European regulations, every consumer has a period of fourteen (14) calendar days from receipt of the goods to notify their decision to withdraw, without having to justify their decision.

The exercise of this right:

  • does not incur any penalty;

  • requires no justification;

  • However, this implies that the direct costs of returning the product remain the responsibility of the customer.

The withdrawal results in the cancellation of the sales contract in question.


3. Legal guarantee of conformity – Duration of 2 years

Regardless of the right of withdrawal, the customer benefits from the applicable legal guarantee of conformity for a period of two (2) years from the delivery of the product.

In the event of a non-conformity existing at the time of delivery, the customer may request:

  • the repair of the property;

  • its replacement;

  • or, when these solutions prove impossible or disproportionate, a refund in accordance with applicable legal provisions.


4. Defective or non-conforming products – Coverage of costs

When the delivered product presents:

  • a clear defect;

  • or a substantial divergence from the contractual description,

The return shipping costs are fully covered by the Company.

In this case, the customer is advised to contact customer service beforehand to obtain:

  • either a prepaid return label;

  • or specific logistical instructions.

No spontaneous feedback should be provided without prior validation.


5. Extended return period – 30 days

Beyond the legal period of 14 days, the Company grants, as a commercial gesture, an additional right of return within a total period of thirty (30) days from receipt of the order.

This contractual extension:

  • applies even in the absence of a reason;

  • does not call into question the applicable legal provisions;

  • remains conditional upon compliance with the requirements below.

5.1 Conditions of acceptance

The returned product must:

  • to be in the original state;

  • show no signs of deterioration;

  • to be accompanied by the following information

    • first and last name ;

    • email address used when placing the order;

    • order number.

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.

It is strongly recommended to opt for a secure shipping method that includes:

  • a tracking number;

  • a delivery against signature.

The responsibility for the return shipment lies with the customer until it is actually received by the Company.


6. Reimbursement terms

Upon receipt and verification of the returned product, the Company will proceed with the full refund within a maximum period of seven (7) days .

The refund will be issued via the same payment method used for the initial transaction, unless expressly agreed otherwise.


7. Exchange Procedure

When a customer wishes to:

  • replace a defective item;

  • or modify an unsuitable size,

You should contact customer service to arrange the exchange procedure.

The Company will communicate the necessary instructions and ensure appropriate logistical follow-up.


8. Dedicated returns address

Returns must be sent exclusively to the following address:

Any shipment sent to a different address may delay processing.

10. Processing of personal data (GDPR compliance)

In the context of managing returns and refunds, the Company is required to process certain personal data (identity, contact details, order number, payment information).

These treatments are based on:

  • the execution of the sales contract;

  • compliance with legal accounting obligations;

  • the legitimate interest of the Company in the prevention of fraud.

The data is kept for the period strictly necessary to process the request and to comply with applicable legal obligations.

In accordance with Articles 12 to 22 of the GDPR, the customer has, in particular, the following rights:

  • access ;

  • correction ;

  • erasure;

  • limitation;

  • portability;

  • opposition where applicable.
