What are the delivery times?

Delivery takes 4 to 6 business days in France, Belgium, Switzerland and Luxembourg. These times are indicative and may vary during peak periods (sales, holidays, etc.).

Is delivery free?

Delivery costs €7.40 per order. Zalinio subscribers, however, benefit from free delivery on all their orders.

What are the shipping costs?

Shipping costs are €7.40 per order for fast and secure delivery.

If you are a subscriber, delivery is free on all your orders with no minimum purchase.

Which countries do you deliver to?

We currently deliver to the following countries:

Metropolitan France
Belgium
Swiss
Luxembourg

Returns & Exchanges

What is the return timeframe?

You have 30 days from the date of receipt of your order to return an item, except for personalized or perishable products. After this period, we will unfortunately no longer be able to accept your return.

How do I make a return?

To make a return, contact our customer service department, providing your order number and the reason for the return. Our team will then guide you through the process and provide you with shipping instructions.

Once we have received and checked your return, we will process the refund as soon as possible.

Who covers the return shipping costs?

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. However, if the product received is non-compliant or defective, the return shipping costs will be fully covered by our company.

When will I be reimbursed?

Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving and validating your return or cancellation. They will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

Can I exchange an item?

Direct exchanges are not available online. If you would like a different item, we recommend returning it for a refund and then placing a new order for the desired item.

Order Tracking

How can I track my order?

As soon as your order is shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number . Click on the link in the email to track your package in real time on the carrier's website. You can also check the status of your order directly in your customer account .

I did not receive an order confirmation email.

First, check your spam or junk mail folder. If you don't find the email, make sure the email address you provided when placing your order is correct. If the problem persists, contact our customer support team with your order number.

My package is marked as delivered, but I haven't received it.

In this case, check with your neighbors or building manager to see if the package was left in your absence. Also, check nearby pickup points. If you still can't find your package, contact our customer service within 48 hours of the estimated delivery date.

Can I change the delivery address after placing my order?

Changing your address is only possible if your order has not yet been shipped. Contact our customer service as soon as possible, providing your order number and the new address. Once the order has been shipped, we will no longer be able to make any changes.

How do I create a customer account?

There is no need to manually create an account. An account is automatically generated when your first order is confirmed. To log in, use your email address and your order number as your credentials.

When is the payment taken?

Payment is taken when your order is confirmed . You will receive an email confirmation as soon as the payment is accepted.

If you are a subscriber, your subscription is automatically renewed each month on the anniversary date of the initial payment, unless you cancel it.

What payment methods are accepted?

We only accept credit card payments (Visa, Mastercard) through a secure payment platform. MSELUAD VENTURES LTD never has access to your banking details.

How do I subscribe?

Go to the offer page , add the subscription to your cart, and complete the payment. You will receive a confirmation email and immediately benefit from free delivery on all your orders.

The subscription costs €37.50/month and renews automatically each month unless cancelled.

What is the warranty on your products?

All our products are covered by a 2-year legal guarantee of conformity against manufacturing defects and malfunctions present upon delivery.

In addition, you have 30 days after receipt to test your product and contact us if you encounter any problems so we can find a suitable solution.

I received a defective or incorrect product, what should I do?

We sincerely apologize for this. Please contact our customer service department within 48 hours of receipt, attaching photos of the product in question and your order number. We will offer you a suitable solution: replacement, credit note, or full refund.

Right of withdrawal

What is the withdrawal period?

In accordance with applicable consumer rules, the Subscriber has in principle a period of fourteen (14) daysto exercise his right of withdrawal from the date of subscription.

Does the right of withdrawal still apply?

The right of withdrawal may not apply if the performance of the service has begun with the prior express agreement of the Subscriber.
